I wish I didn’t have my random retarded period. On Tuesday when I went to the gym I had only been doing 12 min of cardio and I thought I was going to throw up and my cramps sucked.
I also went on vacation over the weekend and I tried my best to not completely let myself go but I just have been feeling gross and huge and ughhhh I can’t take it.
And as soon as I think I’m doing good, I see someone else’s body and want to cry. Idk how many times I need to tell myself to get it in gear.
